Installation and Commissioning Service

All Right Now’s experienced field engineers are available to install and commission products on behalf of our selling agents by arrangement. Please speak to your local sales representative for a competitive quotation.

Site Surveys

All Right Now’s experienced technical team are able to assist with site surveys by prior arrangement. This may be a chargeable service depending on geographical region, but may be reimbursed on a future order.


All Right Now Limited offer technical training at either our offices or our customer’s premises. This may be chargeable but may be reimbursed with a subsequent order.

First time fix for service calls

A key part of our maintenance packages is the importance of the ‘first time fix’ approach to service calls.

Comprehensive equipment surveys can be completed and logged so that the correct spares and accessories are always in stock.

Help Desk

Our help desk will assist in scheduling and coordinating work in line with contractual agreements. Giving advice on parts and warranties, and booking engineers, we’ll manage the sourcing, despatch and delivery of spares to ensure continuity in your business. We use a call logging and reporting system, tracking each job’s progress through to sign-off.
