Our Maintenance Contracts
We supply products of excellent quality and reliability, but there can always be the odd occasion when technology lets you down. For this reason we offer service and maintenance contracts, thus ensuring that your card printer, turnstile or kiosk will be up and running in no time. Our trained engineer will be with you within 24 hours of the fault report resulting in minimum disruption to your business. Parts (with the exception of physical damage) and labour are included in the cost of your maintenance contract.
We offer a card printer installation service which includes staff training in the event that the printer needs to be relocated and re-installed at a later date. We can also train your staff in the use of your newly-purchased card printing hardware and software
What can you get a contract for?
We also offer maintenance contracts on all of our turnstile ranges, including IDL and iTab, and on our touch-screen kiosks. As with the card printers we also offer an installation and training service for all turnstiles. Turnstile and kiosk service contracts can run for 5 or 7 days depending on your requirements. 5-day contracts ensure that an engineer will be with you on the next working day (Monday – Friday) whilst 7-day contracts means that an engineer will be with you on the next day, regardless of whether it is at the weekend.
